We’re always talking about how aerial photography give you a higher perspective on whatever you’re trying to feature. It allows you to understand not only the property, but the world around it.
Much in the same way that aerial views allow you to fly around above a property to get to know it better, virtual tours let you glide around inside the building. You can move from room to room, and see all around you 360 degrees!
If you have Oculus goggles, you can even place yourself inside, with the ability to see all around you just like you were there! In addition to that, you can also:
- View a “Dollhouse” layout of the house, as seen above.
- See a floorplan from above with photos of the flooring and furniture to help you understand the layout of the proprty.
- Measure rooms, windows, doors, and cabinets to get an idea of the size of each room and how your furinture will fit in.
