H4 Services is a proud sponsor of Tri Gulf Coast, the best triathlon club in the nation! Sunday was a big day for TGC as they concluded 14 weeks of training for a sprint distance triathlon on Pensacola Beach.
Participants swam in open water, biked on the roads of Pensacola beach, and ran through the neighborhoods along the beach. They progressed from shorter to longer distance over time, and had the guidance of experienced triathletes and experts in the sport along the way.
Sunday was a graduation ceremony, with all participants completing a full practice triathlon with all the features of an official race.
